The mymik.fr showcase website is accessible free of charge and allows the User to access the following information and features:
- Presentation of the Mymik application and its features.
-Access to the subscription portal for paid plans (redirecting to the payment interface).
-Contact and demonstration request forms.

Please note that access to and use of the Mymik application itself are subject to a subscription (see the General Terms of Sale).
Browsing the showcase website is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the website (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their own expense.

Trademarks, logos, signs, as well as all site content (texts, images, application screenshots, graphics, videos) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and, more specifically, by copyright.
The Mymik trademark is a registered trademark. Any reproduction, publication, or copying of the various contents without the prior authorization of MAVENS AGENCY is strictly prohibited. The User agrees to use the site's content in a strictly private context; use for commercial and advertising purposes is prohibited.

The sources of the information provided on the mymik.fr site are deemed reliable. However, the site reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of the sources. The information provided on the site is for purely informational purposes.
MAVENS AGENCY cannot be held liable in the following cases:
- Temporary interruption of the site (maintenance, technical bug).
-Fraudulent use of the site by a third party.
-Incompatibility of the site with the User's hardware.

Third-Party Interactions: The site provides a tool intended to interact with third-party platforms (OnlyFans, MYM, etc.). The User is informed that Mymik is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by these platforms. The use of the tool is under the sole responsibility of the User with regard to the terms of use of third-party sites.
Maintenance: Given the technical reliance on third-party platforms, Mymik cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation if these platforms modify their technical architecture or access conditions.

The site may contain outbound hyperlinks to other websites. By clicking on these links, the User leaves mymik.fr. We have no control over the web pages of these third parties and cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for their content or their privacy policies.

The mymik.fr site reserves the right to modify the clauses of these TOU at any time and without justification. The User is advised to regularly consult the TOU to stay informed of the latest modifications.

French law applies to this contract. In the event of a failure to amicably resolve a dispute arising between the parties, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
